Attractions Where do you start? From Yellowstone to the Tetons, Ponds Lodge is your headquarters for it all. There are over 50 rivers and lakes within a 50 mile radius of the Lodge with world class fishing and whitewater rafting throughout. The Ponds property sits along the Buffalo river right before it joins the Box Canyon stretch of the Henry's Fork. Breathtaking Mesa Falls is a short, scenic drive away, as is the incredible Big Springs viewing area and Johnny Sacks cabin. The Lodge is an excellent place to tour Yellowstone from as well as a short drive to Jackson Hole and Big Sky and Grand Targhee each with great summer fun as well as excellent downhill skiing. The Snowmobiling is truly world class and the Island Park area is routinely the top ranked destination for the expert to the beginner. The Lodge property has an incredible Cross Country Ski trail along side the Buffalo river and great ice fishing is available as well. In the winter the temperature cools and the fishing heats up as does the hunting.
